Customer must provide complete, accurate and correct information in the order form. 

Custom duties and any other levies or penalty in destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable to pay any amount of it to the customer if they are charged. Our prices do not include duties of any country. 

Customer must provide a Minimum of 3 weeks for processing / delivering the orders (only working days are included). The processing time can be more than 3 weeks depending on the styles ordered. The customer can verify the making time with our customer care team. 

Products purchased through Video call cannot be cancelled or returned. 

Once the order staus is processing it cannot be cancelled. Any ordered product cannot be cancelled after 24 hours to the order placed.

There will be “No Exchange/Return & No Refund” for Products purchased under any Offer / Discount / Sale whatsoever. 

Any complaint regarding order should be made within 2 days from the receipt of the package. 

Regarding Stitching and Measurement: All measurements/sizes on our website are displayed in inches. Please note that the size guides are based on standard body measurements. Measure tapes can vary from company to company so there may be a difference of (plus/ minus) 0.5 or 1 inches in measurements. Our quality checking team checks all products before dispatch with the specified measurements given by the client. It may show a little different on customer measure tapes to what our company may be using. 

For any issue regarding measurements, please mail us within 2 days of receipt of order on info@kk3.co.in. 

Any extra-large size will be charged ten percent (10%) extra or more on the price mentioned on the website. 

All transactions are subject to Anand (Gujarat) jurisdiction only.
